What We Do
Commercial & Industrial Installations
Full electrical installations for commercial, industrial and mixed-use properties. Design, installation, testing and certification to BS 7671 18th Edition. We work with property developers, landlords, and facilities managers on projects ranging from individual units to multi-floor commercial premises.
Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs)
Comprehensive inspection and testing of existing electrical installations. We issue BS 7671-compliant reports accepted by landlords, insurers, and local authorities. Recommended frequency: every 5 years for commercial premises, every 10 years for owner-occupied properties.
Remedial Works & Fault-Finding
Where an EICR identifies C1, C2 or C3 defects, we carry out the remedial works required to bring your installation to a satisfactory standard. Our engineers work efficiently to minimise disruption to your tenants or occupiers.
EV Charging Installation
Design and installation of EV charging infrastructure for commercial car parks, residential developments, and fleet facilities. OZEV-compliant installation, load management solutions, and full certification.
Emergency Lighting & Fire Alarm Systems
Supply, installation, commissioning and maintenance of emergency lighting and fire alarm systems to BS 5266 and BS 5839. Full compliance documentation provided.
Distribution Board Upgrades & Consumer Unit Replacement
Upgrade of ageing distribution boards and consumer units to current standards. Full isolation, replacement and testing with minimal disruption — ideal for planned maintenance programmes or reactive remedial works.
Testing & Certification
