Carlett oversees commercial operations, client relationships, compliance governance, and the financial performance of the business. She holds sign-off authority across all client-facing output.

Rob manages cost planning, estimating, and commercial administration across Calcon's project portfolio — ensuring accurate pricing and strong commercial controls on every contract.

Kelsey coordinates scheduling, works orders, and field team communications — keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly across Calcon's project and FM workstreams.
